效力於皇家隊的王建民，昨天（31日）對戰老東家洋基隊，救援2局沒有失分，球速還催到95英哩，表現相當出色，沒想到賽後就因為右肩膀二頭肌肌腱發炎，今天（1日）被進入15天傷兵名單，皇家目前正在積極爭奪外卡資格，希望王建民在9月中能準時歸隊。
